    "Sandy did an amazing job representing and supporting us through purchase of our new home in Harvest, and the sale of our old home in Canyon Falls. I cannot say enough good things about them! I was out of town on business the week our home was getting prepped to go on the market. In that week, Sandy stepped in and helped us coordinate vendors coming in to complete fresh mulching, window washing, a deep clean of our home, and paint touch ups, as well as staging for the photos. Everything went quickly and my home looked fantastic! We barely recognized our home when it was listed!     "Sandy is nothing less than amazing! Upon our initial consultation, I wasn’t even looking to list just then. However, after reviewing the thorough analysis of the sale of our home, I was quickly convinced. My family and I have moved several times so selling a home was nothing new to us. Despite our expertise in this matter, this was a different experience. We had never received such a put together and comprehensive analysis in past experiences. Sandy set up staging of our home—at her expense. Again another detail we had not experienced prior. She was here at our home for the staging to assist the designer. Minor details you wouldn’t think of to fix as the seller but definitely things buyers look at, she not only made a list of these things but made contact with experts who would fix them to provide a timeframe and price comparisons to present to me—-again, not heard of. Our A/C unit went out during the showing phase. Sandy was making calls to schedule technicians on a weekend and in the late hours of the night. She never pressured us to do anything in the selling process in which we were uncomfortable doing. She provided pros and cons for every situation that presented during this process. Sandy has made this the best experience we have had!"
